Why It Matters

Mental health is often misunderstood. It is not limited to severe conditions or being “unwell.” It is part of everyday life; it affects how people think, feel, cope with stress, make decisions, and relate to others. In contexts like Lebanon, where people are exposed to repeated shocks and uncertainty, mental health is affected at all levels of society.
